Advanced power distribution switches and load drivers for precision power management. Featuring high-side/low-side switches with ultra-low R_DS(ON) (as low as 5mΩ), adjustable current limits (0.2A to 20A), and integrated protection including thermal shutdown and reverse current blocking. Applications cover USB power management, motor control, hot-swap systems, and LED backlight drivers. Available with voltage ranges from 1.2V to 36V in compact packages like WSON, QFN, and SOP. Configurable via I²C/SPI interfaces for real-time monitoring.
